Today's society is so clustered with our modern way of life that we lose track of what is important to us.War, Poverty, and Despair are overcoming our minds, causing us more stress than benefit and putting innocent lives in danger. In a world where material possesions have become our gods I hope to shine a light on the minds of the young, the old, the naive, the wise, the insecure, and even the bullheaded. John Lennon has touched the lives of many people and struggled hard for peace, something that he was determined to show to the naive minds of the world. His efforts sometimes seem to me like they would be monotonous. He dedicated his life to what he believed and wrote songs to show the world what it was coming to. Some people appreciated his work and understood the message he portrayed. However I feel that he was not understood to the degree he was striving for. He was unable to change that due to the tragic loss of his life that left many fans heartbroken. Take a moment to listen to the true message that he proclaimed. The enlightenment that the world is in desperate need of can be found through what we have and do not appreciate. ~SA | ||
